Quality Policy

BST ENEOS Elastomer Co., Ltd. (BEE), a Solution Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SSBR) manufacturer, is genuinely committed to be the leading manufacturer of synthetic rubber through “Organization of Excellence”. Company and all employees recognize the importance of quality of our products and services for our customers’ success. So ISO 9001 quality management system has been executed for retainment, development and continuous improvement. With this commitment of the company, all employees shall abide by the following policies:

1. Customer Satisfaction

Deliver SSBR products to customers with all reliable aspects (quality, cost, safety, environment, inventory, etc.) to satisfy their needs and expectation.

2. Continuous Improvement of Quality Management System

Continuously improve the quality management system for efficient and effective delivery of reliable products to customers

3. Companywide quality improvement activities participated by all employee

All employees shall improve the quality of products and services in daily operation with awareness of “The next processes are our customer”.

Thus, all operations shall be under the framework of improving the quality of products and services, reducing of production costs, optimization of transportation, increasing the potentials of employees, development and improvement of the quality management system, and adoption of other international standards as well as building relationships with business partners, being responsible to the community and society and complying with laws and also customer specifications including the relevant commitment made by BEE.
